Once you place your order, it will process within 2 business days. Once your package is out the door we wil send you your tracking number.

We use UPS and USPS as our standard shipping, so expect your product within 2-6 business days to most of the US.

We offer UPS 2 Day shipping which will get your package to your doorstep within 2 days after order processing.

Yes! TiDBiTS can be enjoyed wherever you are around the world!

Although we cannot accept returns or replacements of any products, we do want to ensure your experience with TiDBiTS is a delightful one.

If you aren't satisfied with your TiDBiTS, reach out to us at hello@tidbitscandy.com. We want to make it right! We offer refunds or replacements on a case by case basis. 

Hurry! Since we try to ship orders as quickly as possible, there’s only a short window of time for us to edit or cancel your order. E-mail hello@tidbitscandy.com and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. Give that tracking number 24 hours to update once you receive it, and then you can follow your package on it’s way to you.

Online we only sell packs at a minimum of 6 bags per flavor. However, you can find individual bags for sale at our in-store locations.

We spent over a year to create a delicious gummy candy without the junk. We eventually figured out a way to include all of the good stuff you want—without any of the bad stuff you don’t. Less sugar, more flavor and zero conviction.

We use allulose and non-gmo cane sugar. No sugar alcohols, no artificial sweeteners, and no monkfruit or stevia which tend to leave an unfavorable aftertaste.
